The Ace in the Hole: How I Help Influencers Chase Their Dreams

In card games, an "ace in the hole" is the hidden card that changes the whole hand.

That's the role I want to play for creators.

Most influencers I meet have talent. What they're missing is usually one of three things: information (what actually works), connection (the right people) or confidence (someone in their corner saying keep going).

Here's how I try to help:

- Share what I know. I've spent a lifetime performing, creating and promoting my own work, and I'm happy to pass on what I've learned.

- Open doors. Through my collaborations, my ambassador work and my community, I can point creators toward the right places.

- Encourage. A creator's biggest obstacle is often self-doubt.

I'm not trying to be the star of your story. I'm trying to be the card that helps you win.
