Chicago is home. It's where my studio is and where a big part of my sound comes from.

This city has a way of raising artists who have something to say. You learn early that people here can tell the difference between real and fake, and they'll let you know.

That standard is a gift. It pushes me to be honest in my lyrics, sharp in my delivery and original in my approach.

Chicago also teaches community. The best moments in this city's music history have come from people lifting each other up, sharing stages and building scenes from nothing. That spirit is a big reason I've always focused on collaboration and on building spaces where creators can work together.

I carry that everywhere I go, whether I'm on a stage in another city or posting a clip online from home. When you hear LUI FAZO, you're hearing Chicago: energy, hustle and heart.
