If L.U.I. is my heart, F.A.Z.O. is my engine.

Faithful. I try to be loyal to the people I work with, to my craft and to my word. Consistency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of every partnership.

Active. Ideas are worth nothing until you move on them. Being active means doing the next thing, even when it's small. Progress usually looks like a lot of small actions stacked up.

Zealous. I'm passionate, and I don't apologize for it. Zeal is what keeps you working when the results haven't shown up yet. If you're going to spend your life on something, care about it loudly.

Observer. This one keeps the other three in check. Watching, listening and learning stops passion from turning into noise. Some of my best decisions started with quietly noticing what everyone else missed.

Faithful, active, zealous and watchful is a good way to build a career, a company or a life. That's why it's spelled out in my name.
