Hip-hop has always been a team sport. The culture was built by crews, cyphers and communities sharing ideas.

That's why collaboration is central to how I work. I've had the chance to collaborate in music, art and content creation with names including DDG, Fat Joe, Cal Boy, Lil Kemo The Bop King of Chicago, Aloe Blacc, Awich, Yellowbucks, OZWorld, Dej Loaf, Reemarkable and more.

Every one of those experiences taught me something different:

- Different styles sharpen your own. Working with someone whose approach is nothing like yours forces you to grow.

- Respect opens doors. How you treat people in the room matters more than any credit on a track.

- Great ideas come from the mix. Some of the best creative moments come from a conversation, not a plan.

I carry those lessons into everything I'm building now, from my own music to the studio concept I'm developing in Chicago, where collaboration is the whole point.
